Especially for Families & Fun: Endless Entertainment: Enjoy a karaoke machine, laser tag, a retro video game console, and a large collection of board games. Amenity Availability: The outdoor pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend. All resort facilities (pools, hot tub, fitness center, etc.) are operated by the Pointe Royale HOA. We are not responsible for closures due to maintenance or weather and cannot offer refunds for amenity unavailability. Starter Supplies: We provide a starter kit of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, dishwasher pods, and laundry detergent. For longer stays, you may need to purchase additional supplies. Please carefully review all rules and information prior to booking to ensure our condo is the right fit for your group.

We LOVED staying here!!! We had 4 adults, 2 children and 1 infant. This home was very spacious for all to have room to relax/nap or get together for dinner, games, movies. We went to the park(super easy walk)and grilled steaks with beautiful lake views! We also hiked the trails(1 block over) and we def recommend it, gorgeous! The indoor pool was the perfect temp, jacuzzi was nice, but a little crowded. It was stocked with everything we needed. We had such a great stay, cant wait to go back!

We had the best girls’ weekend staying here! It was the perfect place for my daughters, mom, sister, and me to spend time together. The house had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax, and there were so many fun things to do.. we especially loved the karaoke setup. Everything was very clean and well taken care of, and the beds were super comfortable. The hosts truly went the extra mile. When we arrived, they had a tray of cinnamon rolls waiting for us along with a sweet welcome note, which was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a fun and comfortable stay with family or friends!

The place was amazing! My group loved it and we felt so welcomed! I appreciated the sweet Valentines gift, as well. The house came with everything you need. I just remembered my lady kept saying, "They thought of everhthing..." When it came to cooking in the kitchen, etc. Great vibes and a great time!

This was hands down our favorite Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! The home was extremely clean, comfortable, and cozy, and perfectly located near local restaurants, shopping, shows, and attractions. The king-sized beds were incredibly comfortable, and we loved the cute coffee bar stocked with assorted coffees, creamers, and flavored syrups. The home is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully equipped with so many fun amenities. We enjoyed board games, karaoke, laser tag, and the gaming system, and had a blast playing pickleball with the provided equipment. The heated indoor pool and hot tub were a highlight, and having a pack ’n play and high chair available was incredibly helpful for our family. The gated neighborhood felt peaceful and very safe. We loved spending mornings on the patio with coffee while enjoying the beautiful views, and the nearby lake and walking trails were a wonderful bonus. The nice weather even allowed us to play 18 holes of golf during our stay. Outstanding!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this condo in Branson. There was plenty of space for our group of six adults and three kids, and it never felt crowded. The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had plenty of seating for everyone to relax comfortably. The location was scenic yet still close to everything we wanted to do, and it was so quiet. We did not hear anyone else our entire stay. The host went beyond our expectations and was incredibly friendly and easy to work with, which made the whole experience seamless. We especially loved having king beds in every room, bunk beds for the kids, and a washer and dryer in the unit. The indoor pool and hot tub were a huge hit, and the cozy blankets and fireplace made it feel extra comfortable. Overall, a truly top tier experience and a place we would absolutely stay again.
